Friday, 14/11/08 training.

Venue: Red Cross Room
Duration: 9am to 3pm [Lunch Hour: 12pm to 1pm]
Teacher in Charge: Ms Jey
Reporting attire: Track pants and PE T-shirt

Please bring:
>>> 1.5 coke bottle
>>> Name tag
>>> Specs hook
>>> Writing materials
>>> Foolscape
>>> FULL UNIFORM for those who need to bring back


Full Uniform:
>>> Please IRON it properly.
>>> POLISH your boots.
>>> SEASON beret.
>>> Hairnet is compulsory. Hairbun is compulsory for girls with long hair.
>>> For GIRLS, please bring your shorts for your uniform.
>>> Please keep your buttons SECURED and POLISHED.
>>> Only PLAIN WHITE socks for girls.
>>> Only BLACK socks for boys. NO ankle socks.

Note and reminder:
>Please have your breakfast before training.
>Have at least 7 hours of sleep before the day of training.
>Attendance is compulsory.
> Go through the commands or practise at home to prepare.

IMPORTANT!
We will be doing our accred on Friday 14/11/08 .
Prepare and practise more. If fail, no badge.

Lastly, self-discipline, respect and alertness at all times.
Have enough rest for Friday!
